Huntley Expanding Assisted Living Availability

McHenry developer Brandon Schwab proposes to expand his Shepherd Premier Senior Living to sites for construction of nine single story residences on both sides of Farm Hill Drive just south of Regency Parkway in Huntley. The proposed facility on just under 12 acres plans to provide assisted living and memory care services in 144 units.
