Founders Crossing Development Flounders in Woodstock

Developer Ken Rawson continues to face opposition from the Woodstock Plan Commission to his proposal to put 92 single family homes on the 10 acre former typewriter factory site at First Street and Clay Street by the train station. Commissioners oppose both the proposed density of the Founders Crossing project and the Rawson record of failed and incomplete developments in surrounding municipalities.
