Brew Pub And Distillery Proposes Moving to Cary

Having recently sold their “Not Your Father’s” liquor brand and “Small Town Brewery” name to Pabst, Tim Kovac and Jagdish Chevli now propose opening a brew pub and distillery business to be called Spirit Water at 3300 Three Oaks Road in Cary, next door to Aldi Foods. The proposed business planned for the vacant retail space will come before the Cary village board for consideration Tuesday evening June 18.
