Wisconsin Stadium Developer Proposing $20 Billion Public Private Partnership Project Over IC Tracks

Stadium developer Bob Dunn seeks $3.8 billion in state funding for infrastructure improvements so he can build his transit center with 6,500 parking spaces, and a platform above the IC tracks just west of Lake Shore Drive across from Soldier Field, to support his dream project One Central. One Central would include a game day entertainment complex, and $20 billion worth of high rise office, apartment and condominium buildings.
