Verizon proposes paying $15,000.00 for engineering and consultant review of plans, and up to $2,500.00 in lawyer fees, to put a cell tower on the Jacobs High School campus water tower. Verizon would pay Algonquin annual rent of $20,000.00, with automatic annual 3% increases, and could use the antenna to add 5G broadband service in the future. The lease would automatically renew for three successive five year terms, with rent in the 20th year amounting to $35,070.12.
