Huntley Village Trustee Niko Kanakaris Proposes New Retail and Office Development In Regency Square

BO2 Investments LLC, formed by Kanakaris, Woodstock investor Mark Bezik, and Texas investors Brian and Shannon Orsak, is proposing a total of 20,415 square feed of office and retail space in two buildings on three acres, north of Princeton Drive and south of Heartland Bank. The two proposed buildings are designed to be served by a 15 foot wide promenade walkway, and to include three different outdoor patio spaces.
