Fox River Grove School District 3 Plans Building Revisions

According to District Superintendent Tim Mahaffy, the district plans to spend $3.6 million from its cash reserves to modernize Algonquin Road Elementary and Fox River Grove Middle School buildings beginning this summer. Proposed improvements include integrating science and engineering labs, reshaping classrooms and libraries, providing Chromebook computers to students in grades three through eight, moving all music classes into Algonquin Road’s main building, and upgrading playground equipment at Stanger Park.
