Single Story Senior Housing Under Consideration At Lake in the Hills

Accommodation of the northwest suburbs’ aging population is coming up for consideration by Lake in the Hills’ village board early next year in the form of a proposed development of three single story buildings housing a total of 42 seniors at 4750 Princeton Lane, proposed by a team of Ebbington LITH and Sarillo Development. Approval of the proposed project’s required zoning amendment, conditional use, and parking and setback variations has already been recommended by the Lake in the Hills Planning and Zoning Commission.

The proposers say “The project will provide additional housing and health care options for seniors in and around this community.” Lake in the Hills community services director Fred Mullard expects the Village Board to consider the proposal at its January meeting.
