NIMBY May Squelch McHenry County Solar Farm Proposal

McHenry County’s Zoning Board of Appeals has extended time for objecting neighbors to voice opposition to the proposed solar panel farm at South Solon Road and Ringwood Road, due to the large number of opponents of the project showing up to speak against the $8 million project. Further hearing will be held at 1:30 p.m. April 25 at the County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road in Woodstock
