Trump administration infrastructure advisor D J Gribbin is leaving the White House staff following President Trump’s announcement that Congressional action on the Trump proposed long term federal infrastructure funding plan will have to wait until after the November 2018 midterm elections. Gribbin was principal craftsman of the Trump plan which claimed that a paltry federal investment of $200 billion could leverage state and local government and private sector infrastructure spending of $1.5 trillion over the next ten years.
