Woodstock City Council Proposing RFQ For Historic Old Courthouse

Woodstock may use the request for qualifications process to solicit proposals from interested tenants to use the historic courthouse on the square, and the adjacent sheriff’s house as a restaurant, or other business use which could produce sufficient revenue to support continued maintenance and restoration of the historic structures.
