Algonquin Considering Six High End Homes Along The Fox

Transformation Builders LLC proposes construction of six high end single family homes on half acre lots along the south bank of the Fox River at 1033 North River Road. The seven acre parcel would include dock rights for each home, with access to three lots from River Road and three from Highland Avenue. The lots in River Bluff Estates development would be sold to different builders, and each owner would be required to apply for its own building permits, and to pay $100.00 per caliper inch for each tree removed from the property in the course of construction.
