Prime Group To Demolish Huntley Outlet Mall

Prime Group subsidiary Huntley Investment Partners LLC has agreed with the village to demolish the Huntley Outlet Mall. A demolition permit was issued March 14, and destruction of the buildings on the site is to begin no later than April 13, 2018. Demolition should be completed by July 14, 2018, except for removal of crushed aggregate stockpile which may remain on site through the end of the year.

The Prime Group parcel is zoned for mixed use development, but the developer says it may seek rezoning for manufacturing or industrial uses.
