Algonquin Considers Proposed $5 Million Improvements To Algonquin Town Center

RMS Properties, new owner of the Algonquin Town Center strip mall at 1300-1400 East Algonquin Road, is proposing to invest over $5 million in improvements to attract new tenants since the closing of the Butera food store there. The project is expected to take seven to nine months to complete, and the new site plan comes up April 3 before the Village Board for a vote.
