Idaho based franchisor Bee Hive Assisted Living is seeking to locate its first Illinois franchise in two buildings housing about 50 residents on a 3.47 acre vacant parcel on east Oak Street west of Pyott Road in the village. When completed, the facility is expected to employ a staff of 20 to 25.
